    • Made from Sugar Maple, one of the Hardest Woods in North America. Commonly used in cutting boards for it's hardness and resistance to water.
    • Deep Penetrating finish applied to increase it's hardness and water resistance
    • Deep Penetrating color applied that wont, chip or wear off.
    • Can be lightly washed if it gets dirty
    • Made in USA
    • Made from FSC Certified Wood

  • Theirs

    • Made from Beech (moderate hardness), Birch (soft) or Pine (really soft). All with little to no water resistance.
    • No Finish
    • No Color
    • Not washable, Warps (turns into an egg/oval shape) if it gets wet
    • Most are Made in China
    • Most likely from clear cut forests
