Refund policy

NOTE: I will always do my hardest to fix any issues within my control and I stand behind all work I do 100%, your happiness with your purchase no mater the size MATTERS!

This is an explanation of procedures, this should not be confused with “fine print” – The below information is required to comply with partner policies and to protect us from crazy people.


Cancellation Period / Timeframe

  • Premade items can be canceled anytime before shipping.
  • Made to Order items can be canceled within 24 hrs of your order being placed or before making (whichever is first), you will be notified when they will be made. After an order is being made you can cancel and you will be charged materials + time to date if the item cannot be reused, a refund with the remainder (if any) will be issued.
  • Custom/Personalized orders can be canceled anytime before being made for any reason, we will let you know roughly when your item will be made (that day, next day, 3 days etc). After an order is being made you can cancel and you will be charged materials + time to date, a refund with the remainder (if any) will be issued.
  • No orders can be canceled once they are in the mail, it's odd I have to state this as this should be self evident!


Defective / Incorrect Goods

Defective or incorrect items can happen, despite my best efforts. If this occurs, I will work with you to arrange for the goods to be collected / swapped over / replaced at my expense. Please inspect your items upon delivery, if for some reason we have missed a problem, please let us know within 24 hours of receipt with pictures.

Returns

For Custom and Made to Order items, there is no return or exchange on any item(s) unless defective or incorrect. Pre-made items can be shipped back to us at your cost.

Refunds

  • For Pre-made items we will refund the purchase cost minus the shipping cost as long as the item is in it's original condition.
  • Custom or Made to Order items, unless it's defective or your canceling your order refunds are not possible.

Method of Refund

Refunds are returned via the same form of payment used to purchase. Please allow 7-14 business days for your refund to be processed.
