Shipping

Do you ship internationally:

• Yes, we ship internationally a lot. Due to changes in German/Austria/Netherlands/Greece and French packaging laws we are no longer shipping to those countries as the costs to register are to high.
• To get accurate pricing for international orders feel free to contact us first with your request.
• I know it's painful but I take no responsibility for Customs/VAT/etc as it's far too complicated as a small company to deal with those things. If your order gets held up at your customs you will have to go get it and pay whatever fees they require. I'm legally required to be honest with the customs forms and have no intention of lying on them. If your worried about Customs/VAT feel free to order via my etsy store (limited selection) since they collect and remit VAT.
• If it's not letting you check out feel free to ask. There are some places that I refuse to ship anything to, this is due to either bad mail systems or high fraud rates (i.e. Middle East, Most of Africa, Some South American, India, China) .

What type of shipping do you offer:

• USA Shipping is usually USPS first class or priority mail depending on the weight and size. For quicker delivery you can request expedited shipping and you will be charged the expedited rate.
• International Shipping is usually USPS first class or priority mail depending on the weight and size. It is then transferred to your postal provider when it reaches your customs entry point. Depending on the Country tracking may or may not work.

How long does it take to ship:

• This is out of my control and wholly dependent on the shipping company and where it's going.
• USA orders expect anywhere from 3-10 days after the item is made.
• International orders expect anywhere from 10 days to 1 month depending on where it's going after it's made.

Why don't you offer free shipping:

• There is no such thing as free shipping, the price is just inflated to cover costs. I believe in being upfront and honest about things unlike others.
• The people who deliver your packages have jobs and need to be paid. Packaging material costs money. Driving it to USPS/UPS/Fedex costs money.... I think you get the idea.

Cost of shipping:

• The cost of shipping varies a lot, while I try to be accurate in costs sometimes software goes sideways, if it looks odd feel free to contact us and I can provide a quick quote on the cost.

Problems

Item arrived damaged by the shipper:

• Contact us, this is the domain of the shipping company we will help guide you through resolving this.
• You might be required to take it into the shipping companies office and/or send pictures of the damage.

Item never arrived and had a correct address:

1. Check the tracking to make sure it is marked as delivered.
2. Talk to your neighbors first to make sure it wasn't delivered to the wrong spot.
3. All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the relevant couriers at numbers below in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.  If it's been stolen off your porch you need to file a police report, this is a crime. We will also do our best to assist you in this process feel free to contact us!

Item never arrived and had a wrong address:

• If you entered the address wrong and it hasn't shipped yet just contact me.
• I cannot be held accountable for packages where you entered the address wrong and it was shipped. If it is returned to me, I will glady re-ship for an additional shipping charge.
• If I screwed it up I will make it right.
